Introducing new colors on all aluminum knee braces!
Rebel Series: A New Look
Here are a few key elements to know as it relates to the rolling change of the new color options:
- Customer service will call on all orders placed on the old colors except for:
- Textured Black will automatically switch to Matte Texture Black
- Gloss Black will automatically switch to Matte Texture Black
- Matte Black will automatically switch to Matte Texture Black
- Bengal White will automatically switch to Matte Texture White
- Argento Gray will automatically switch to Matte Texture Gray
- We do not accept returns from customers for color changes to filled orders. All returns on old colors must be for a quality issue.
- The new Matte Texture Black won’t be available from our Kentucky DC before a month or so. We have to build up inventory for that warehouse.
