Critical Website Update
What does Autumn, a 1998 Tupac song, and Empire Medical all have in common? That’s right – Changes! On November 14, we are releasing an update to our software. The most notable change is that each user will have an individual login. Therefore, we need to make sure that we have your email address (and the email address of any other user) on file. Please view the highlighted banner when you log into the system to make sure everything is correct.
New Features
While the overall functionality of the software is very similar, there are some key differences we would like you to be prepared for. Please click this link to view a comprehensive New Feature Guide.
For most of us, change sucks. We get it. We are going to do everything we can to make the transition as painless as possible. Once you get the hang of things, we believe there are some features that you’ll really enjoy. To name one, the ability to add new employees and set user rights within the software. Big picture, the update gives us the foundation to add features and upgrades at a much faster pace. A couple of upcoming features (not on this release) to get excited about are:
- A notification center informing you when returns labels are ready, when items are back ordered, or when additional information is needed on an order
- Ability to add user feedback to products on the L-Code search
- Price for products will be displayed when entered on the order form
