Proof of Delivery

This new feature allows you to print a proof of delivery (POD) from your order history page. Here is how it works:

  1. Search order history for patient name
  2. Check the box next to the items you are delivering to the patient
  3. Click the POD button (upper right next to Download CSV button)
  4. Enter applicable L-codes for each item
  5. Click print
POD_123 POD_45 The Empire POD is meant to be an addendum to the POD (delivery ticket) you are already using. The POD from our system has the following information:

  • Part number
  • Description
  • Manufacturer
  • Serial number (if entered)
  • L-codes (if entered)
